1.5m Castable Shark Rig – 1.5mm Stainless Trace Wire

The Lets Trot Fishing 1.5m+ Castable Shark Rig is a hand-built stainless steel shark trace designed for anglers wanting a compact, ready-to-fish bite-wire rig that’s easy to cast and built with serious hardware.

Each rig is made from 1.5mm green coated 7×7 stainless steel trace wire, finished with Flemish-twist loops, double copper crimps and heat-shrunk connections.

We’ve stepped the hardware up with an oversized 6/0 crane swivel rated to 638lb / 290kg, providing a seriously strong connection point.

The reinforced Flemish shark loop is made large enough to accommodate oversized shark clips. If you run an oversized shark clip, it can be connected directly to the loop for a simple, heavy-duty connection.
